We offer two main types of resin products:

• Standard Unique Products: These are pre-made, unique resin items available for immediate purchase as displayed on our website. Each item is distinct.
• Customised Products: These are products specifically designed and created based on your individual specifications, requests, and choices (e.g., specific colours, inclusions, shapes, or personalisation’s not offered as standard).

3. Ordering Process

• Placing an Order: To place an order, select the desired product(s) and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
• Order Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email signifies our acceptance of your order.
• Customised Product Orders: For customised products, we will work with you to confirm all specifications before production begins. Production will only commence once all details are agreed upon and payment is confirmed.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Great Britain’s Pound and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement through the accepted payment methods on our website.
• Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be calculated and added at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We aim to dispatch orders within 3 business days for standard products and within 7 business days (or as agreed during the customisation process) for customised products after payment confirmation.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
• Risk of loss and damage to products passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds Policy

Our return and refund policy differs for standard unique products and customised products:

• 6.1. Standard Unique Products (Returnable)
  • You may return standard unique products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at lana@lacrafte.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item and verifying its condition.
• 6.2. Customised Products (Non-Refundable)
  • Due to the unique and personalised nature of customised products, all sales of customised items are final and non-refundable.
  • Once production of a customised product has begun based on your specifications, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
  • We take great care to ensure customised products meet your agreed-upon specifications. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect or significant deviation from the agreed design, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss potential solutions. This does not include minor variations inherent in handmade resin products (e.g., slight colour variations, small bubbles, unique patterns).

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product designs, text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

8. User Conduct
